You can park your car in one of the guarded car parks or garages near the pier for a fee.
You can take the train to the town of Norden or Esens and from the respective town by bus to the Bensersiel ferry terminal.
Train connections are available at www.bahn.de
You can also take the train to Bremen and take the “Ostfriesland Express” from Edzards Reisen to Bensersiel from Bremen main station without changing trains. For more information , see www.edzards-reisen.de/ostfriesland-express
The ticket and baggage office is located in the ferry house. You can drop off your luggage at the baggage counter. It will later be transported from the ferry to the island railway on Langeoog and automatically transported to Langeoog-Ort. You can pick it up again here. It is also possible to have luggage transported directly to the hotel.
At the ticket counter in Bensersiel you will receive your LangeoogCard, which is both a ferry and guest contribution card. When boarding the ferry, the day of arrival is noted electronically on the card. This is necessary for the later calculation of the guest contribution.

After arriving at the port of Langeoog, you change to the island railway, which takes you directly to the island train station in Langeoog-Ort after a short ride. Here you can pick up your luggage, unless it has been transported directly to us according to your wishes.
